Games & Sports

Session 2011-12

Sports Day was celebrated on 24.10.2011

1. In the field of sports our teams have represented at Regional and National KVs regularly. The girls Hockey team of this vidyalaya won the Bronze Medal at Regional level.

2. 04 girls & one boys of KV Dabla have been selected for 42^nd National

KVS Meet.

3. Kum Tanu Singh got Gold Medal in 200 mts at Regional Meet.

4. Km Ritu of class XI one Gold Medal in 800 m & Gold Medal in Triple

jump both.

5. Dimple Ratnoo won Bronze Medal Regional Level in 100 m and 200 m

race.

6. 43 students participated in the games and sports at Regional level in the

present session.

Session 2010-11

Sports Day was celebrated on 03.11.2010
Three students Master Palwinder Singh, Master Manpreet Kumar and Master Lakhan are selected for national sports meet-2010.
Master Palwinder Singh of class IX won the Gold medal and Bronze medal in athletics and Master Ashsish of class IX got Bronze medal in high jump at regional level.
Vidyalaya got bronze medal in Kho-Kho

Session 2009-10

The annual Sports day will be celebrated in October 2009.
Master Anand of Class XI has won the Gold Medal in Shooting at Regional level. & selected for National Sports Meet-2009

· Master Palwinder Singh of Class VIII has won 03 Gold medals in Athletics & selected for National sports meet-2009.

· The students of this Vidyalaya had also participated in Regional level sports meet-2009 in various games like Kho-Kho(Boys), Kho-Kho(Girls), Badminton, Table Tennis etc.

Inter house competitions are held within the Vidyalaya. The selected children participate in the cluster meet (between two or more Vidyalayas). The selected children further participate at the Regional level and later on, at the National level.

This helps to develop a healthy spirit of sportsmanship and companionship, and to develop physically aesthetically and morally.
